ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS

Over the years I’ve learned to accept my forgetful nature, and it’s helped me develop good habits – I tend to stay focused on the positive and I write all the important details down. This has become a habit of mine. Everyday I write my own to do list and goals for the week and one by one I check them off. Not only does it help me remember what needs to get done, but I can also look back and see everything I’ve accomplished. It’s a great way to stay motivated and keep going, so whether you’re forgetful or not, you should write things down. And not on the notes section of your phone either. Write it down on an actual piece of paper or a notebook so you can hold yourself accountable. After all, the difference between what we say and what we do is proven with our actions.
